Introduction to 10Duke OrgAdmin

10Duke OrgAdmin is an administration tool that you can purchase separately from 10Duke Enterprise. You can deploy it for your company customers to facilitate their operations and to reduce your own administrators’ workload.

When you allow your customer organizations to manage their purchased licenses in OrgAdmin, this reduces the support needed from your system administrators, and typically customer organizations also prefer to manage their own end users and the users’ access to licenses.

You can customize the OrgAdmin UI to apply your own brand to the UI, and customize and localize the UI texts if needed.

Features available

With OrgAdmin, you can offer your customers an easy-to-use tool for managing their licenses and users:

  • Ability to invite and manage users, including granting administrator access to the organization

  • Mass import options to support user provisioning in use cases with identity federation from the customer’s external identity provider

  • Ability to invite and manage device clients

  • Ability to control user and device client access to licenses by setting up authorized groups and assigning users and device clients to them, and by reserving and blocking license seats

  • Dashboards for monitoring user activity, the status of user invitations, and the status of the organization’s licenses

Compared to 10Duke SysAdmin, OrgAdmin provides a slightly limited set of features. Organizations need support from your system administrators, for example, to change their users’ roles and move licenses between entitlements.

You can enable or disable options and functionality to suit your needs. For more information, contact the 10Duke Integration Support team.

Access to OrgAdmin

To access OrgAdmin, your customer’s administrators need a user account in 10Duke Enterprise with administrator access to their organization.

By default, users can access OrgAdmin at the following URL of your 10Duke Enterprise installation (the /orgadmin path can be customized as needed):

https://<your 10Duke Enterprise instance>/orgadmin

For user documentation on OrgAdmin, contact the 10Duke Integration Support team.

Note: If your own system administrators need to see an organization’s data in OrgAdmin (for example, for support tasks), assign them an organization role of that organization. In this case, any organization role is suitable and no specific permissions are needed.
