Manage organization roles

In 10Duke SysAdmin, you can create and manage organization roles on each organization’s Organization roles page, and your own organization role templates on the Organization role templates page.

View organization roles

  1. In the left sidebar, go to ROLES AND PERMISSIONS > Organization roles.

  2. Search and select the organization whose roles you want to view, and click Confirm.

    The organization’s role table opens.

  3. To view an organization role, select it in the table. The details open below the table.

    • The Details tab shows the basic details and the settings for inherited permissions.

    • The Role permissions tab shows the permissions granted directly to the role.

View templates for organization roles

  1. In the left sidebar, go to ROLES AND PERMISSIONS > Organization role templates.

    The template table opens.

  2. To view a template, select it in the table. The details open below the table.

    • The Details tab shows the basic details.

    • The Role permissions tab shows the permissions granted by the template.
