Manage device clients

In 10Duke SysAdmin on the Organizations page, you can view and manage information related to organizations’ device clients that can consume licenses.

A device client is always owned by a single organization, even though it’s possible to grant a device client access to multiple organization’s licenses if needed. The ownership is permanent, and it’s determined when the device client is created in the system based on an invitation to an organization.

Your 10Duke SysAdmin configuration must have the device licensing feature enabled. Contact the 10Duke Integration Support team if needed.

View an organization’s device clients

  1. In the left sidebar, go to IDENTITY > Organizations.

  2. In the organization table, select the organization that the device clients belong to. The organization details open below the table.

  3. Go to the Device clients tab to view the organization’s device clients.

  4. To view a specific device client, select it in the table. The device client’s details open below the table.

    The table displays each device client’s OAuth client ID (client_id) used for authenticating the client. See the developer guide for details on OAuth authentication of device clients.
