Manage device client invitations

In 10Duke SysAdmin, you can view and manage invitations to device clients, and resend or revoke them if needed.

View device client invitations to an organization

  1. In the left sidebar, go to IDENTITY > Organizations.

  2. In the table, select the organization.

  3. Go to the Device client invitations tab.

    The table shows invitations that were sent to new and existing device clients to invite them to the organization.

    An invitation may have an expiry date after which it can no longer be accepted (or declined), shown in the Valid until column.

  4. To filter the table by invitation status, select a status in State and click Apply.

    By default, only open invitations are shown.

Resend a device client invitation

You can resend an invitation email if the invitation recipient hasn’t accepted the invitation yet and it’s still valid.

Go to the Device client invitations tab (see above) and click Resend next to the invitation.

You cannot change the email address: the new invitation is sent to the same email address as the original one. To change the address, invite the device client again with the new address.

Revoke or delete a device client invitation

You can revoke an invitation if the invitation recipient hasn’t accepted it yet and it’s still valid.

You can also delete invitations from the system if needed.

Go to the Device client invitations tab (see above) and click either Revoke or Delete next to the invitation.
