Delete product packages

You can delete product packages in 10Duke SysAdmin.

Deleting a product package doesn’t delete the licensed items and the license model that it was using.

You also have the option of deactivating a product package.

Limitations:

• You cannot delete a product package if it’s associated with a transaction item in a transaction. If needed, first delete the transaction item and the associated licenses.

To delete a product package:

1. In SysAdmin in the left sidebar, go to PRODUCT CONFIGURATION > Product packages.

2. In the table, select the product package you want to delete, and select Actions > Delete.

3. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
