In 10Duke Insights, the Support Insights dashboards provide reporting to help you resolve and prevent error situations and monitor and audit user actions and modifications in the system.
API Call Errors Overview
This dashboard allows you to monitor API error and success rates to identify and troubleshoot issues.
The dashboard shows a pie chart on how many API requests have been successful and how many resulted in an error, and a graph of the error rate.
In the data log table, you can see which events resulted in an error, and find error information and the URL that the API request was made to.
Audit Events Overview
This dashboard provides audit information that allows you to review changes made in the system. This helps to ensure accountability and to maintain oversight of system modifications.
The dashboard shows a pie chart on audit events per event type (create, update, and delete), and a graph of the audit event rate.
In the data log table, you can see details on the audit events, including the object related to the event and the user whose action triggered the event.
Authentication and Identity Errors Overview
This dashboard allows you to monitor authentication and identity-related events such as user registrations and logins for troubleshooting purposes.
The dashboard shows a pie chart on how many requests have been successful and how many resulted in an error, and a graph of the error rate.
In the data log table, you can see events on the user actions, including error information for each event and the user related to the event.
Failed License Consumptions Overview
This dashboard allows you to view statistics on failed license consumptions per organization customer. This helps to pinpoint issues and to address license consumption problems specific to each organization.
Select an organization on the list to view the number of failed license consumptions for unique users and device clients, and a graph of the error rate.
In the data log table, you can see the events for failed license consumption, including error information for each event and the license related to the event.
Licensing Errors Overview
This dashboard allows you to track errors in the provisioning, consumption, and release of licenses. This helps to diagnose and resolve licensing issues efficiently.
The dashboard shows a pie chart on how many licensing requests have been successful and how many resulted in an error, and a graph of the event rate.
In the data log table, you can see events on the licensing errors, including error information for each event and the license related to the event.

Password Recovery Overview
This dashboard allows you to review the password recovery emails sent and the actual password resets completed to evaluate the effectiveness of your password recovery process.
The dashboard shows the counts of how many password resets have been requested and how many have been completed, and a graph of the event rate for each event type.
In the data log table, you can see events on the password emails and resets, including information on the user related to the event.
Note that if your 10Duke Enterprise deployment has the account activation feature in use, the dashboard also covers events related to new users setting a password for themselves based on an account activation email. See more about how account activation is used.
User Events Overview
This dashboard allows you to track changes to existing user accounts, such as email address and password updates, activation of two-factor authentication (2FA), and account deletions. Use this dashboard to monitor security and manage user activity efficiently.
The dashboard shows a pie chart on these user account related events divided by event type, and a bar chart on the event rate.
In the data log table, you can see the events related to the changes, including the user related to the event.
