In 10Duke Insights, the Revenue Insights dashboards provide reporting that helps you identify opportunities for renewals and growth, for example, by tracking the onboarding of new organizations, the consumption of licenses per organization and possible issues in license availability, and license expirations.
Expired Licenses and Upcoming License Expirations Overview
This dashboard and its drilldowns allow you to stay ahead of renewals by tracking expired licenses and licenses nearing expiration. This helps you to proactively manage license renewals and prevent disruptions in service for your customers.
The dashboard shows counts of all licenses that have expired in the past 15, 30, and 45 days, and counts of all licenses that will expire in the next 15, 30, and 45 days.
The dashboard also shows separate counts for organization licenses and for users’ personal licenses: the number of licenses that have expired in the past 30 days, and the number of licenses that will expire in the next 30 days.
Click the links at the bottom of the dashboard to drill down to more detailed reporting for either organization licenses or personal licenses.
Drilldown: Expired Organization Licenses and Upcoming License Expiration Details
This drilldown dashboard shows reporting data on a selected organization’s licenses that have expired in the past 30 days, and licenses that will expire in the next 30 days.
Select first an organization and then a licensed item on the list to view expiry information on the organization’s licenses associated with that licensed item.

Failed License Consumptions - Concurrent Consumption Limit Exceeded
This dashboard allows you to track cases where a user or a device client was unable to consume a license due to reaching the license model’s concurrency limit. This helps identify and address potential issues with seat availability, allowing you to increase or decrease concurrency based on demand.
The dashboard shows the total number of failed license consumption requests due to the concurrency limit being reached, and a bar chart on the failure rate.
In the data log table, you can see the relevant events for failed license consumption. You can identify the owner of the license (an organization or a user) and the licensed item name, for example, to reach out to discuss if they wish to increase the seats in the license. See how to update licenses to increase seats.
If you wish to adjust the concurrency limits in your license model, see information on the ConcurrentSessions
constraint in the license model.
Failed License Consumptions - Insufficient License Seats Available
This dashboard highlights potential sales opportunities by showing instances where a user or a device client was unable to consume a license due to seat unavailability. Use the dashboard to identify the customer (the license owner) and the licenses, and proactively reach out to customers to discuss increasing their license seats. This dashboard is designed to tap into latent demand that might otherwise go unnoticed.
The dashboard shows the total number of failed license consumption attempts due to seat unavailability, and a bar chart on the failure rate.
