View product insights

In 10Duke Insights, the Product Insights dashboards provide reporting for monitoring the use of your products, for example, how licenses to your products are being provisioned and consumed, and which product features your customers are accessing the most through licenses.

Consumption-Based Ranking of Licensed Items

This dashboard provides data for identifying the most and least consumed licensed items across all customers. Use this to prioritize support and to optimize your license offerings based on features that are in high demand.

The dashboard shows bar charts on the consumption count for the 5 most consumed and the 5 least consumed licensed items. The dashboard also shows lists of the 10 most consumed and the 10 least consumed licensed items.

Invitations Overview

This dashboard provides insights into the onboarding of users through invitations, allowing you to monitor the rate at which new users are being invited, and how they accept (or decline) invitations. This helps you, for example, to ensure the smooth onboarding of all end users your organization customers might have.

The statistics cover invitations to join an organization, which can be sent to both new and existing users, as well as invitations to just sign up and create a user account, used for inviting consumer customers or your own administrator users.

The dashboard shows a pie chart on invitation events divided by event type, and a bar chart on the invitation event rate.

In the data log table, you can see the invitation events and identify, for example, the organization that the user was invited to and the user who accepted an invitation.

Licensing Events

This dashboard allows you to monitor key licensing events, such as the provisioning of licenses to customers, and the consumption and release of licenses by users and device clients. This helps track usage patterns and ensure smooth license management.

The dashboard shows you a pie chart on the licensing events divided by event type, and the total number of licensing events. The dashboard also shows a bar chart on the licensing event rate.

In the data log table, you can see the licensing events and identify the licenses and their owners. For provisioning events, you can see details such as the credit granted (like the number of seats), and for consumption events, details such as who consumed the licenses and in what consumption mode (online or offline).
