Manage user invitations

In 10Duke SysAdmin, you can view and manage invitations to users, and resend or revoke them if needed.

The invitations include invitations that were sent to create new users in 10Duke Enterprise, and invitations to an organization that were sent to existing users.

View user invitations

SysAdmin shows the invitations in different places depending on how you invited the users.

View users’ invitations to an organization

  1. In SysAdmin in the left sidebar, go to IDENTITY > Organizations.

  2. In the table, select the organization.

  3. Go to the User invitations tab.

    The table shows invitations that were sent to new and existing users to invite them to the organization.

    An invitation may have an expiry date, shown in the Valid until column. An expired invitation can no longer be accepted (or declined).

  4. To filter the table by invitation status, select a status in State.

    By default, only open invitations are shown.

View invitations to just create a user account

View the invitations to sign up and create a user account, usually used for inviting your own system or reporting administrator or a consumer customer:

  1. In SysAdmin in the left sidebar, go to IDENTITY > Invitations > User invitations.

    The table shows invitations that were sent to new users.

    An invitation may have an expiry date, shown in the Valid until column. An expired invitation can no longer be accepted (or declined).

  2. Filter the table in the same way as above.

    By default, all invitations are shown.

Resend a user invitation

You can resend an invitation email if the user hasn’t accepted the invitation yet and it’s still valid.

Go to the applicable user invitations (see above) and click Resend next to the invitation.

You cannot change the email address: the new invitation is sent to the same email address as the original one. To change the address, invite the user again with the new address.

Revoke or delete a user invitation

You can revoke an invitation if the user hasn’t accepted it yet and it’s still valid.

You can also delete invitations if needed.

Go to the applicable user invitations (see above) and click either Revoke or Delete next to the invitation.

Note: A revoked invitation remains in the system. If you want to send a new invitation to the same organization with the same email address, you must first delete the earlier revoked invitation.
