Delete users

You can delete users in 10Duke SysAdmin.

Deleting a user’s account removes the user’s access to 10Duke Enterprise licenses and user interfaces. If the user has a personal entitlement and licenses, those are deleted. With organization licenses, the user’s seat reservations are released.

You also have the option of disabling the user’s account: set an end date for the account validity. Set the end date to the past to disable the user’s account immediately.

To delete a user account:

  1. In SysAdmin in the left sidebar, go to IDENTITY > Users.

  2. In the table, select the user and select Actions > Delete.

  3. Click OK to confirm the deletion.

If the deleted user is currently consuming a license, they are able to continue consuming the license until the license lease expires or the client application tries to refresh the lease, whichever comes first.
