Connect to CRM and e-commerce systems using 10Duke Integration Service

You can connect your CRM or e-commerce system to 10Duke Enterprise using 10Duke Integration Service.

10Duke Integration Service, an out-of-the-box connector, offers several advantages over direct API integrations:

  • Reduces significantly the development effort for connecting CRMs and e-commerce with licensing.

  • Handles the complexities of data mapping, error handling, and data transformation, reducing the overall complexity compared to the direct API integration where all this is handled by the vendor in their CRM and e-commerce of choice.

Based on events sent by your CRM or e-commerce system, you can trigger actions in 10Duke Enterprise. For example, when a new customer purchases a subscription in your external system, an organization or user account is created in 10Duke Enterprise for the new customer, and licenses are granted to the products purchased.

The articles in this section provide information on the supported events and the resulting actions, and the setup steps needed in the external system.

10Duke Integration Service is a component that is purchased separately. Billing is based on the number of events generated by the 10Duke Integration Service in 10Duke Enterprise. A single external event can result in multiple events depending on the integration.

Events include actions such as B2B or B2C account creation and subscription lifecycle operations (creation, update, and deletion).

Event generation logic varies by connector and use case. Because event mappings differ across integrations (for example, Stripe, Salesforce, and FastSpring), actual event counts can vary. Contact the 10Duke Integration Support team for further details.
