Release 2.0.0

Enhancements:

  • The following new dashboards added:

    • The Customer engagement by use count consumption dashboard allows you to analyze usage and consumption patterns across organizations and users for licenses granted with use count credit.

    • The Customer engagement by use time consumption allows you to analyze usage and consumption patterns across organizations and users for licenses granted with use time credit.

  • The default time range used on the dashboards has been changed from the last 30 days to the last 7 days.

  • The User events overview dashboard now shows data for all user-related events. Previously, only a set of events were shown.

  • On some organization-related dashboards, an Organization name filter is now available to search for an organization by name.

  • On some dashboards, a Data Granularity option is now available to define whether events per hour or per day are displayed. This option allows you to match the level of detail to your selected time range.

Daily data can be visualized for up to 6 months, and hourly data for up to 14 days.

The data in the reports with daily granularity is updated once per day at 04:00 UTC.

  • The timestamps have been changed to use UTC time by default. Previously, the local browser time was used. If needed, the user can temporarily edit the time zone per dashboard.

Release 1.0.0

Release date: December 3, 2024

10Duke is pleased to introduce 10Duke Insights, a new reporting administration product that provides comprehensive, visualized statistics and reporting to support your business operations and support activities.

You can purchase 10Duke Insights separately to complement your 10Duke Enterprise deployment.

10Duke Insights is a web-based UI tool where you can view reporting data on a number of dashboards, which use events and other data in your deployment as a basis:

  • Revenue dashboards to provide insights that help you identify opportunities for renewals and growth, for example, by tracking the onboarding of new organization customers, the consumption of licenses per organization, possible issues in license availability, and license expirations.

  • Product dashboards to provide insights for monitoring the use of your products, for example, how licenses to your products are being provisioned and consumed, and which product features your customers are accessing the most through licenses.

  • Support dashboards to provide insights that help you to resolve and prevent error situations and to monitor and audit user actions and changes in the system.

Access to 10Duke Insights is granted to users using a predefined client role. System administrator privileges are not needed, which allows you to grant more limited access rights to your reporting administrators if needed.

By default, the events used in dashboard reports are only stored in your deployment for 90 days, but you’re able to purchase extended storage time with Insights if needed.
