Delete organization licenses

You can delete licenses from organizations in 10Duke SysAdmin.

If you want to delete all of an organization’s licenses, you can also delete all their entitlements. Deleting an entitlement deletes all the licenses in it.

You also have the option of deactivating organization licenses or revoking credit from them.

A license is also deleted if you delete the associated licensed item or you delete the license model used by the license item.

To delete licenses from an organization:

  1. In the left sidebar, go to ENTITLEMENTS > Organization.

  2. Click Change organization, search and select the organization, and click Confirm.

  3. Select the entitlement that you want to delete licenses from.

  4. On the Licenses tab, select the licenses you want to delete and select Actions > Delete.

  5. Click Confirm to confirm the deletion.

If a user is currently consuming a license that was deleted, they are able to continue consuming the license until the license lease expires or the client application tries to refresh the lease, whichever comes first.
